Who am I?
Hi my name is Linh. I love creative baking.
About me
I am a full time mom, Le Cordon Bleu Paris pastry alumni and software developer.
I grew up in a Vietnamese family in Germany.
I love everything about food: Cooking, baking, eating out and watching mukbang videos.
I own a bucket list of things I want to achieve in my life. This also includes professional training in patisserie.
Cordon Bleu Paris
In 2022 I visited the Cordon Bleu in Paris to fulfill one of my dreams. There I not only learned how to bake, but also why we bake the way we bake.
Before you do anything, think about why you are doing it. Once you've done something, think about how you can do it better next time.
This sentence from my teacher is what I remember most from my time at the Cordon Bleu. He describes how I want to be as a pastry chef: curious and progressive.
I use Pastry Lab as a tool to support me. In this blog I like to share my journey with you.
What is Pastry Lab About?
Pastry Lab is all about baking experiments
